Processing & Shipping
Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing and verification, plus an additional 7–10 business days for standard ground shipping. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
While we always strive to fulfill orders faster than the estimated time frames above, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we are a small business and carefully handle each order.
Before submitting your order, please carefully review all information, including your billing address, shipping address, email address, telephone number, and item selection. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.
All customers receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the FedEx, USPS or UPS tracking number. To track your package, go to the link below, enter your tracking number, and press the “track” button to get shipment details.
