Return Policy

Returns: You have 5 days from receiving your order to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags. Contact us first at help@coughsyrup.shop. Note that all sale items and mystery items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Exchanges follow the same 5-day window and condition rules. If accepted, we’ll exchange if available, or offer store credit. Sale and mystery items are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.

Damages/Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, at help@coughsyrup.shop and we’ll make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and issue.
